Application Filter

T he Application Filter can detect and block apps like Facebook, Netflix, Snapchat, and many others. It performs deep packet (DPI) and SSL certificate analysis to categorize and block dozens of services that be significant productivity drains in the workplace and/or time-wasters at home.

This app uses the open source Netify DPI SDK which uses Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) along with domain name classification to identify dozens (and the list is growing) of the most popular applications on the Internet.
